We are sometimes out. We lead lives outside of the gun business and are frequently on the road at gun shows or other events. So if we do not answer, please leave a message. Sometimes it can take a day to get back with you so be patient. Law Enforcement: Certified law enforcement personnel presenting proper identification get there 1st purchase at actual dealer cost *. * Cash or Check only, Credit Card Add $15.00.
All Law Enforcement without a CWP permit must wait the standard 3 day waiting period before taking possession of the firearm(s). Only exception to this rule is that if you are purchasing a firearm as an "official duty weapon" and you have a commanding officer write on department letterhead that the purchase is for "Official Use" and that you have no domestic violence injunctions presently against you.
Law enforcement includes: Judges, Correctional Probation Officers, County Probation Officers, State Attorney Investigators, Asst. State Attorneys, Sheriffs Deputies, City and Municipal Police Officers, Florida Highway Patrol, Fish and Wildlife, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol and United States Probation Officers as well as U.S. Attorneys.
Inventory:
We stock a very small inventory. If we don't have it in stock, we then order it and it becomes available for purchase, after we receive a deposit via Visa Mastercard Discover or American Express of $200.00. That deposit is applied to the purchase price of the firearm. Not stocking a large inventory keeps our costs low and therefore we pass on those cost savings to the customer. Extremely hard to find models such as Keltec PF9 P11 and some Bersa models are continually on back order.
Credit Card Payments:
Cards Accepted: VisaŽ MastercardŽ However we do not at this time take DEBIT cards unless they have a Visa or Mastercard Logo.
We do not charge an extra fee to utilize your credit card, but we do however ask that you adhere to our policies and procedures. These include Address verification and any other verification that our bank may require. When using a credit card to purchase a firearm with us, YOU must be the cardholder listed on the card presented or used. In the case of deposits over the phone we reserve the right to require you to physically appear at our office or fax a copy of the front and back of your credit card for verification. You must also be the person that takes actual physical possession of the firearm and using the credit card presented to pay for YOUR purchase.
AMERICAN EXPRESS: We have decided to no longer accept American Express Cards. American Express is to us an Un-American Company with unethical and deceptive business trade practices. We apologize for any inconvenience that our not accepting the American Express Card has caused.
DISCOVER: We no longer accept Discover as well, due to their high fees.
Checks:
We accept Checks as long as they are drawn on a U.S. Bank. No Starter Checks and all returned checks are charged a $25.00 to 50.00 returned check charge on all items returned for ANY reason. This is in addition to any costs related to collecting the amount of the check. We reserve the right to not accept a check if it can not be verified with your bank. We do not take posted dated checks or third party checks. If your check is returned and you do not make good on it immediately we retain a possessory lien on the firearm in question. We will notify local law enforcement of the theft of inventory which subjects any violator to the terms of 18 U.S.C. 922 (u) punishable by a term of imprisonment of up to ten years and a fine of $250,000.00.

If you are not sure of what weapon to purchase, we again stock a very small inventory. If we don't have what you are looking for in stock, we will be more than happy to order it for you with a deposit being placed. Our sales rates are between 9-17% over dealer cost and in most cases they are around 9-10% above dealer cost. So before you purchase elsewhere get there price and then call or email us for our price. Keep in mind however that these discounted prices only apply to those with valid concealed firearms licenses issued by the State of Florida. We do not accept out of state permits for the purchase of handguns nor do we accept any ID from out of state. Your ID or DL must be issued by Florida with a Florida Residential address on it not a P.O. Box or Rural Route. In that case bring an additional proof of your physical address.
Deposits:
NON REFUNDABLE. Therefore be very certain of your purchase as we do not give refunds under any circumstances including, the wife doesn't want you to purchase, or an unexpected expense came up.
We do not haggle on prices first off. The price quoted to you is the bottom line price. We are not going to go broke haggling on prices and dealing with window shoppers. We realize a firearm purchase is a big investment but please have in mind what you are looking for. Statements such as "My buddy bought a Glock 26 for 300.00 from XYZ Dealer" is not going to get you a Glock 26 for $300.00 sorry to say. Some dealers buy in extreme quantity and therefore yes at times our prices are higher than other dealers. In most cases however we can save you money on your purchase of a NEW firearm. We do not deal in USED firearms. On rare occasions we might take in a USED Firearm if it's in a NRA 98-100% condition.
What do you need to make a purchase?:
You will need your Driver License (Florida) with your CURRENT address on it.
You will also need your State of Florida Concealed Weapons License Permit, with an address matching that of the current address on your Florida Driver License or State ID card.
Citizenship:
We sell only to U.S. Citizens. If you have a Non Immigrant Alien card and a Concealed Weapons license you also qualify.
Appointments:
When setting an appointment to purchase or fill out the required BATF paperwork. Please be considerate of our time and let us know ahead of time if you can't make the appointment time. In order to keep costs low we must insist that customers meet their appointment times. We understand things come up but please be considerate of our time as well. We do our best to be accommodating to your scheduling needs. But please keep in mind that we lead lives like everybody else. And nothing is more irritating than waiting for someone that doesn't show up. We all have had those instances where we sat around waiting for the cable company or the phone repair man. We promise that you won't be waiting here. All your paperwork will be ready for you to fill out and the process normally takes anywhere from between 15-30 minutes.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sell to anyone for any reason whatsoever.
Location:
We are located in the N.E. Section of Ocala, FL in Marion County. Once you have set up an appointment, directions will be emailed to you or provided to you via Phone.
Loaded Handguns:
Are strictly prohibited on our licensed premises.
All sales and visitors may be subject to videographic and photographic recording.
Non Redemption:
Any firearm paid for and not redeemed within 45 days becomes the property of Central Florida Firearms Broker, Inc.
